The AF-450 auger dosing filling unit is fully engineered and manufactured in-house by elinpack. Each unit undergoes assembly, functional testing and quality inspection before leaving the factory. This auger dosing module delivers accurate powder metering and filling, ideal for food ingredients, nutritional powders and fine chemical powders.
AF-450 specifications:
• 50L hopper, horizontal open design, dosing range ≤1000g
• Key hardware: Panasonic servo motor, Schneider inverter and Baumer level sensor
• Agitator motor: China Jinlong drive
• Material contact plates: 1.5mm thick stainless steel
• Metering accuracy ±0.3-1%, maximum packing speed up to 60 bags per minute
