Do you know how the milk powder is filled? Milk Powder Can Filling process
One day, I brewed milk powder for an 8-year-old child. The child was in the growth stage. He looked at the milk powder can, his eyes full of doubt and looked at me and asked: Mom, how are these milk powder put into the can? So many people have to drink milk. How many cans must be filled every day to meet the needs of these people? And the milk powder powder, how to prevent the powder from flying, and so on.

I thought about it for a while, why the children have so many questions. Fortunately, I am engaged in the filling production and packaging line industry, and I can still answer these questions.
Let me briefly describe to the child: because there is a production line for fully automatic filling, sealing and capping of milk powder. The entire Milk Powder Can Filling process.
The specific operations are as follows:
1. Put the milk powder cans on the bottle feeder, and the bottles will enter the empty cans sterilization and blowing machine in an orderly manner.
2. After sterilization, the milk powder is conveyed to the double-head screw powder filling machine through the feeder for filling milk powder.
3. After the milk powder is filled into the milk powder tank, it enters the vacuum nitrogen filling machine for sealing.
4 Enter the tank cleaning machine to clean the tank, and then record the production time and other information through the laser printer.
5. Flip the lid through the can turning machine, send it into the long conveyor belt, enter the capping machine, and do the capping, so that a can of milk powder is perfectly completed.
6. Finally, the carton is packed by carton opening machine, sealing machine, strapping machine, and palletizer, and then sent to all parts of the world.
